Why Solar?
The one thing there is plenty of in Spain is sunshine, so it makes sense to use this free energy source in heating water for daily use in your home in Spain. Renewable energy is now in big demand and is growing at an exponential rate. Solar energy is a real investment in our future, and in our children’s future.
Solar energy systems do not create pollution and the switch to each solar heated water system from a conventional fuel water heating systems represents a real benefit to the future of the environment.
Invest in Solar Farms:
Solar farms are being set up in various areas of Spain from 200kw to 6mw, each investment starts at around 1.5 million Euros for a 200kw farm with a 20% deposit requested of 300.000 Euros. Investments will take full advantage of the new October 2008 tariffs on offer from the Spanish government, we welcome investors who would purchase individual farms or groups of farms or projects, the panels produce power for 40 years..
Solar Opportunities for Small to Medium Investors:
A solar farm of 100kW produces about €50.000 per year (10kW about €5.000, obviously). Our solar contractors are working with smaller installations of which they offer participations from 10kW upwards. The investment is approximately €3.600 per/kW. All numbers depend on where the installation is, how big it is, etc. Most installations are between 50 and 250 kW. This is a new way of working, nobody offers as much as our solar suppliers as they do with as much security.
This offer is not for a percentage return, they offer participation on a co-ownership basis of the installations, and a percentage of the income according to your individual input. The owner of the building or plant and we as promoters/builders, co-own the installation with the investers/shareholders, this method guarantees maximum quality and involvement for maintenance and thus production.
This scheme is the only way small investors have the chance to participate with maximum guarantees and income without anyone else taking part of their shares or commissions, most of the installations are in Ciudad Real, and Toledo, plus work is now under way in the Alicante area.
How Solar Farms Work:
The Sun is an everlasting source of energy. In order to use this energy our constructors use Photovoltaic modules which are placed in direct sunlight. These modules convert sunlight with the use of semi-conductors into DC power. With an inverter the energy can be supplied to the energy network (grid connected) or could be used for own consumption (Standalone system) Click here to view a Solar Farm.
