Investment earnings are typically between 7% to 15% pa depending on the bridging operations entered into. These are all secure situations and funds pass from the investor to the bank to the borrower’s bank, trustees, lawyers or client/escrow accounts and thence back to you seamlessly with all the necessary legal protections.
For example, · Traditional commercial property purchase bridging for transactions greater than £500,000 . Bridging across shareholder and buy out situations where there are funding timing issues . Indemnity bridging for professionals such as firms of solicitors · Businesses wishing to mitigate corporation tax but without the cash to pass to a remuneration trust to create an appropriate corporation tax deduction (the business bridge-borrows a sum equivalent to the taxed profit plus 2.0% per day bridging fee; the 2% would be passed to the bank and your account would receive 50% of that whilst the main sum would pass that into the business’s remuneration trust thus creating the necessary corporation tax deduction in the accounts; the remuneration trust’s trustees would then immediately pass that money back to the lender. So in the space of 24 hours your money has earned 1%... do that once a month….)
Our banking partners will accept investors with as little at £50,000; the bank sources the bridging opportunities and collects all the necessary Due Diligence, all this is then put to the investor for them to consider and the investor agrees the deal they wish to invest in – the bank then expedites all the necessary activities to effect the transaction and the money passes around the circle and back to the investor plus their share of the fee (some investors stipulate their own percentage return).
