Direct From the Bank
The Bank have taken the initiative to centralize the sale of ALL their repossessions and distressed sales. We are now able to offer these properties direct from the bank to you. Unlike most other "agents" selling Spanish repossessions who may or may not actually have these direct from a bank, the bank will take you to the property when you view and your dealings will be direct with the bank!
Properties Sold at Debt Value
The properties will be sold at the debt value, only a small additional fee on the debt will be added to cover the administration charges. This means you will be purchasing the property at an incredible price and as this is not offered through a chain of 3rd parties the price will not have been inflated with high commissions.
