We can offer study, design,
sales, installation and
maintenance of virtually any sun
energy related system (within
reason). This includes obtaining
licenses, grants, financing,
etc.
We have our own engineering
department and
installation/maintenance team
for both water and fotovoltaic
systems. The electricity
producing aspect is nowadays in
Spain, the best and most secure
investment.
Our slogan “If you have a roof,
you have a treasure” speaks for
itself. Any house owner with a
more or less south orientated or
flat roof can install solar
panels and produce electricity
to be sold to the main network
companies. The price as well as
the buying compromise are state
regulated.
There are no real limits to the
size of the installation but I
would draw the minimum
production line at 5 kw/h. You
may say that a turn-key-ready
installation costs between
6000.00 and 7000.00 Euros per kw,
and produces a yearly average of
about 70.00 to 80.00 Euros kw/h
per month.
Swimming Pool Heating:
With a swimming pool heating
system to extend the summer
season by several months, you
are looking at roughly, 100.00
Euros per square meter water
surface (ex: pool 6 x 3 = 18 m2
costs about 1800.00 Euros) Fully
installed.
Under Floor Heating:
The installation for the heating
of a house with a floor heating
system can save you up to 95% of
your heating costs. This would
also include your sanitary water
heating, prices for this depend
on too many details for
estimating, but you could expect
the investment to be returned in
full in 3 to 4 years. You can
also add the pool heating to
this system, then of course you
would not require the first
mentioned item.
Please note heating using
radiators cannot be achieved
with solar panels.
Grants up to 30% can be obtained
subject to status and when available.
Solar Self Sufficient:
Nowadays it is feasible to have
a self sufficient power supply
ideal for remote country houses,
fincas etc. for a reasonable
price. An example would be as
follows:
With a use of: 3.5 kw, 5 hours a
day you would have to spend
about 16.000 Euros, this would
be sufficient for a good quality
of life using modern appliances.
Grants up to 35% can be obtained
for this system, subject to
status and when available.
